All Managers, Coaches and Volunteers having direct contact with any of the children in our league will be required to have three background checks completed.  THESE MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS must be completed prior to the first practice. No volunteer will be named as a manager, coach, or be permitted to conduct team activities until these clearances have been provided.

Little League Background Check: The League Safety Officer will process this yearly through the First Advantage National Criminal File Database.    https://ca.fadv.com/CA/welcome.do?LLinternational

Pennsylvania State Police EPATCH System: Each volunteer is required to submit their information yearly through the following website:  https://epatch.pa.gov/home Follow the online instructions at the above website to complete this check.  Please enter Butler Youth Baseball LL in the volunteer organization name.  Once the check is complete please print out the certification form by clicking on the blue control number.  Please email the certification [email protected] 

Child Abuse History: Each volunteer is required to submit their information every 57 months through the Pennsylvania Child Welfare Information Solution.  https://www.compass.state.pa.us/cwis/public/home  Once the check is complete please  email the certification to the [email protected].There may be a fee of $13.00 which each parent will be required to pay.  If you are completing the check for the first time you will be covered for 60 months and may renew the certification after 57 months. Please email the certification [email protected]
